The rules of the journey.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Trippanna (the "Platform"), operated by ALG INNOVATION GROUP INC. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

The Platform is a travel discovery and planning tool. It helps you explore, compare, and plan travel, and hands you off to independent third-party providers to complete any booking.

Trippanna does not sell travel products and does not complete bookings directly. When you choose to book through a link, you are transferred to an independent third-party provider. That provider — not Trippanna — handles your reservation, payment, cancellation, and support.

All bookings are the sole responsibility of the third-party provider. Trippanna is not a party to any booking and has no control over availability, pricing, or service quality provided by third parties.

Trippanna is an affiliate platform. We may earn a commission on bookings made through partner links, at no extra cost to you. Commission-tracked links are labeled as such, and we record an anonymous click event (partner, placement, destination, and page of origin) when you follow one.

We do not collect passport numbers, payment card details, or other sensitive travel documents to support affiliate referrals. See our Affiliate Disclosure page for details.

The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate itineraries, guides, packing lists, and recommendations. AI output is informational only and may be inaccurate or incomplete.

Always verify prices, availability, schedules, entry requirements, and visa rules directly with the relevant provider or official source before booking or traveling. Content on the Platform is general information and is not professional travel, legal, financial, or medical advice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the Platform lawfully, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Platform or its data.

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page. Deleting your account permanently removes your Travel Profile, saved trips, loyalty accounts, itineraries, group memberships, and other data you have stored on the Platform, and signs you out. This action cannot be undone.

Account deletion does not remove data held by third-party providers with whom you completed a booking. Contact the relevant provider directly for any booking-related data requests.

The Platform, including its content, design, and software, is owned by ALG INNOVATION GROUP INC and its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial travel planning.

Travel journal articles generated by the Platform are published for your reading and may link to affiliate partners; they may not be republished without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trippanna and ALG INNOVATION GROUP INC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, or from any booking, service, or conduct of a third-party provider.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that flight data, price tracking, or AI recommendations are accurate, current, or complete.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will note the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
